مدرب هو تطبيق لياقة بدنية يستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي لتصميم خطط تمارين مخصصة بناءً على بياناتك الشخصية (الوزن، الطول، الأهداف، الإصابات، التفضيلات). التطبيق يوفر:
النسخة المجانية: يمكنك استخدام التطبيق مجاناً مع ميزات محدودة. تشمل النسخة المجانية خطة التمرين الأولية وعرض التمارين الأساسي.
اشتراك مدرب Pro: للوصول إلى جميع الميزات، يمكنك الاشتراك في إحدى الخطط التالية:
الفترة التجريبية: نقدم فترة تجريبية مجانية لمدة ١٤ يوماً. إذا لم تقم بإلغاء الاشتراك قبل انتهاء الفترة التجريبية، سيتم تحصيل رسوم الاشتراك تلقائياً.
التجديد التلقائي: يتجدد اشتراكك تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة اشتراك (شهرية أو سنوية) ما لم تقم بإلغائه قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
الدفع: يتم تحصيل جميع المدفوعات من خلال حسابك في Apple App Store أو Google Play Store. نحن لا نجمع أو نخزن بيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية.
إلغاء الاشتراك: يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في App Store أو Google Play. الإلغاء يسري في نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية — لن يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع عن الفترة الحالية.
تغيير الأسعار: قد نغير أسعار الاشتراك من وقت لآخر. سيتم إخطارك بأي تغييرات مسبقاً وستسري الأسعار الجديدة مع بداية فترة الاشتراك التالية.
جميع المحتويات في التطبيق — بما في ذلك التصميم، النصوص، الشعارات، الأيقونات، والبرمجيات — هي ملك لنا أو مرخصة لنا ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أي جزء من التطبيق بدون إذن خطي مسبق منا.

مهم جداً: تطبيق مدرب يقدم اقتراحات تمارين رياضية مبنية على الذكاء الاصطناعي وليس نصائح طبية. التطبيق ليس بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة.
التطبيق يستخدم تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي (Claude by Anthropic) لتصميم خطط التمارين والمحادثة. نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي:
التطبيق يتضمن روابط لمقاطع فيديو على يوتيوب لعرض التمارين. هذه المقاطع ليست من إنتاجنا ولا نتحكم في محتواها. نحن غير مسؤولين عن محتوى أي مقاطع خارجية.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط. عند حذف الحساب:
التطبيق يُقدم "كما هو" بدون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيعمل بدون أخطاء أو انقطاع في جميع الأوقات. مسؤوليتنا القصوى تجاهك لا تتجاوز المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة.
قد نقوم بتعديل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. في حالة إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنخطرك عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعتبر موافقة على الشروط المحدثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط يخضع للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

By downloading or using the Mudrib application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the App. The App is owned and operated by Saiel Almutairi ("we," "us").
Mudrib is a fitness application that uses artificial intelligence to design personalized workout plans based on your personal data (weight, height, goals, injuries, preferences). The app provides AI-customized workout plans, YouTube video links for each exercise, progress and statistics tracking, an AI chat coach in Saudi Arabic dialect, XP points, levels and achievement badges, and Ramadan and Hajj/Umrah preparation modes.
Free Version: You may use the App for free with limited features. The free version includes your initial workout plan and basic workout display.
Mudrib Pro Subscription: For full access to all features, you may subscribe to one of the following plans:
Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, subscription fees will be charged automatically.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: All payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period — no refund will be issued for the current period.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and new prices will take effect at the start of your next subscription period.
All content in the App — including design, text, logos, icons, and software — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission from us.
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only; not attempt to hack or disrupt the App or its servers; not use the App for any unlawful purpose; not share your account or login credentials with others; provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use; and not use the App if you are under 18 years of age.
Important: Mudrib provides AI-generated exercise suggestions and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any health conditions. Stop exercising immediately if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the suggested exercises. The workout plans provided are general suggestions that may not suit all individual circumstances.
The App uses AI technology (Claude by Anthropic) to design workout plans and chat. AI results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, may vary from user to user, do not constitute professional medical or athletic advice, and may improve or change with app updates.
The App includes links to YouTube videos demonstrating exercises. These videos are not produced by us and we do not control their content. We are not responsible for the content of any external videos.
You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon account deletion, all your personal data will be deleted within 90 days, no refund will be issued for the current subscription period, and you must cancel your subscription from the App Store separately.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will operate error-free or without interruption at all times. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
We may modify these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
